Ape Academy (Essentials)

Ape Academy is the original entry in the mini game collection starring the monkeys from the Ape Escape series, gathering a wide range of short, party style challenges designed for quick solo or multiplayer sessions. Mini games cover simple reaction and timing based ideas built around the PSP's controls.

Ad hoc multiplayer lets several players compete directly in supported mini games, adding a competitive layer to the otherwise casual collection. Clearing groups of mini games unlocks additional content, giving light progression across the roster of challenges. With its accessible, bite sized mini games, it set the template that its sequel would later expand on.
