Ape Escape: P (Essentials)

Ape Escape: P brings the series' monkey catching platforming to PSP, tasking players with using a variety of gadgets to net mischievous apes that have scattered across a range of themed levels. Unlike other entries in the series, this version is built entirely around traditional button controls rather than dual analogue aiming.

Levels blend platforming challenges with gadget based capture mechanics, as players chase down cunning apes hiding in the environment. Each gadget serves a different purpose, from stunning apes to reaching otherwise inaccessible areas. With its platforming focused take on the Ape Escape formula, it adapts the series' charm for handheld play.
