Description
Blinx: The Time Sweeper is a colourful 3D platforming adventure starring Blinx, a heroic cat who works as a Time Sweeper in a world where time itself has become unstable. Armed with a powerful vacuum-like device called the TS-1000, Blinx must battle enemies and rescue kidnapped princesses from the evil Tom-Tom Gang across imaginative fantasy environments.
The gameplay combines traditional platforming with unique time-control mechanics that allow players to pause, rewind, fast-forward, slow down, and record moments during gameplay. Players collect crystals to power these abilities while navigating hazards, solving puzzles, and fighting enemies using the vacuum to suck up and fire objects. Its creative mechanics, vibrant presentation, and fast-paced level design helped establish the game as one of the original Xbox’s early mascot platformers and a distinctive family-friendly action adventure experience.
