Blokus Portable: Steambot Championship adapts the abstract strategy board game Blokus for PSP, wrapping the classic tile placement rules in a steampunk robot competition theme. Players take turns placing uniquely shaped pieces on a grid, aiming to place as many of their own tiles as possible while blocking opponents from doing the same.
A tournament structure sends players through a series of matches against increasingly clever robot opponents, alongside standard quick play modes for jumping straight into a match. Ad hoc multiplayer lets friends compete head to head on the same rules used in the physical board game. With its faithful adaptation of a modern strategy classic, it offers accessible, replayable puzzle strategy on the go.
