Brink

Brink is a team-based first-person shooter set aboard the Ark, a futuristic floating city on the verge of civil war between its Security forces and the Resistance. The game blends single-player, co-op, and competitive multiplayer into a unified experience, with all missions playable in any combination of human and AI teammates. Character customisation is extensive, allowing players to tailor both appearance and play style.

Developed by Splash Damage, Brink's key innovation is the SMART movement system, which enables fluid parkour traversal that adapts dynamically to the environment. The objective-based gameplay rewards teamwork across four distinct character classes. While the title fell short of some ambitious goals at launch, Brink's creative vision, distinctive aesthetic, and class-based mechanics offer a memorable team shooter experience.
