Disney-Pixar Up (Essentials)

Disney-Pixar Up follows the film's story of elderly widower Carl Fredricksen, who ties thousands of balloons to his house and sets off for South America with accidental stowaway Russell in tow. The game expands on the movie with additional adventure sequences set in Paradise Falls, mixing platforming, puzzle solving, and light combat against talking dogs and other obstacles.

Players switch between Carl and Russell, each with different abilities suited to different obstacles along the way. Collectibles tied to the film's story reward exploration off the main path. With its faithful recreation of the movie's heartfelt adventure and accessible platforming, it is a solid pick for young fans of the film.
