Pokemon: Moon

Pokémon Moon takes players on a tropical adventure through the Alola region, a chain of islands inspired by Hawaii and home to unique Pokémon, cultures, and traditions. As a young Pokémon Trainer, players travel between islands completing the Island Challenge, befriending Pokémon, and uncovering mysteries involving the enigmatic Ultra Beasts and the ambitions of the Aether Foundation and Team Skull.

The gameplay introduces a fresh approach to progression by replacing traditional Gym Battles with island trials and grand trials. Players can catch, train, and battle hundreds of Pokémon while discovering regional Alolan forms of familiar species. New features include Z-Moves, powerful attacks that can be unleashed once per battle, along with enhanced online functionality and deeper story elements. Its vibrant world, memorable characters, and innovative changes to the Pokémon formula make Pokémon Moon one of the standout entries on Nintendo 3DS.
