Description
The Lord of the Rings: War in the North is a dark fantasy action RPG set alongside the events of The Lord of the Rings. While the Fellowship journeys toward Mordor, a separate battle unfolds in the northern regions of Middle-earth. Players take control of three original heroes—a ranger, a dwarf, and an elf—as they fight to stop the forces of Sauron from conquering the North and threatening the free peoples of Middle-earth.
The gameplay combines hack-and-slash combat, character progression, loot collection, and cooperative multiplayer. Each hero has distinct abilities, combat styles, and upgrade paths, encouraging teamwork as players battle orcs, trolls, undead creatures, and powerful bosses.
