Toy Story

Toy Story is a side-scrolling adventure based on the beloved Pixar animated film Toy Story. Players take control of Woody, Andy’s favourite toy, as he embarks on a journey to reunite with his friends after the arrival of the new space ranger toy, Buzz Lightyear. The adventure follows key events from the movie while recreating memorable locations and characters.

The gameplay combines platforming, puzzle-solving, and action across a variety of levels inspired by scenes from the film. Players must navigate obstacles, avoid enemies, collect items, and use Woody’s abilities to overcome challenges. From escaping Sid’s house to surviving dangerous encounters with toys and household hazards, the game captures the charm and excitement of the movie in a portable format. Its colourful presentation and faithful adaptation made it a popular title for younger Game Boy players.
